Camel Weather

Let it be known that fall weather and dressing in layers is where I find the most happiness in life! I love dressing in coats; especially my camel coat! I picked this coat up whilst in San Fransisco. I've had this coat for a couple years now and its still on trend, thank God!

I think my deep respect for fall weather and dressing up in layers comes from the fact that I was born in the dead of fall. I think being born during this time really shaped me as a person. I know I sound full of it, but I have theory, but I will save it for another time!

I've been collecting some new pieces over the last few months and I want to slowly incorporate these new finds into my wardrobe. One of my new finds are these shiny chelsea boots from forever21. I got these for my birthday last month and I completely fell in love with them! I've never owned shiny chelsea boots before and I gave my very old ones away and I was on the look out for some new ones! Guess what, I found the perfect pair!

This look will definitely outline the way I am trying to dress in Liverpool. I did some research on what the weather is going to be like and what I've found out is that their winters are very cold. I am very excited about the weather change, all my sweaters and coats will really come in handy! I want to keep my style simple and casual, but very smart looking. My goal is to have staple pieces that stand out, but are very easy to put together.

Essentially, I am testing my style out while I'm home to see what I am comfortable with wearing out and about. And what trends look good on me. I like the idea of certain trends, but not all of them will good on me, if that makes any sense?
