Mini Haul: Urban Outfitters, Forever21, and more!

Hey everyone I am back with other blog post! I went shopping recently, and I picked up some new pieces that I would love to share with you! You know those moments when you have a set plan of everything that you want to buy and you've promised yourself you won't buy anything else other than the things you really need, but then somehow you get distracted and you buy too much? Well, that happens to me all the time! During this particular shopping trip I only wanted to restock up a skin care item that I really needed, but then somehow I ended up in Forever21 and Urban Outfitters.

This mini haul is small and such a couple of things that I thought would help me get through the winter!

Skin Care

I want to start off with the products that I originally set out to get. I was in desperate need of an exfoliator and some sheet masks. I haven't exfoliated my skin properly in a couple of months due to fact that I've been really busy, the price is kinda expensive get another and I thought that I would be able to substitute my go-to exfoliator with Lush's facial cleanser Dark angels because of its gritty consistency. But I after awhile I just had to bite the bullet and go get the exfoliator. Below is the exfoliator that I got from the body shop. I have been using this exfoliator for over a year now and it truly a stable in my skincare routine. I think it would be really hard for me to dry something else after using this for so long. This also the new and improved branding. The one I had prior to this one had a completely different label on it and not as sturdy. I feel like I am getting more bang for my buck with this product now and it makes me really happy! To compliment this exfoliator I bought four sheet masks from Urban Outfitters! These masks are nothing new to me! I adore them so much because of the variety and cuteness! I got these on sale as well. I think 4 for $10 , which is kinda a a decent save if each are like $3 a piece. I really enjoy these masks a lot! Now looking back I think I am missing my favorite lemon brighting masks! Oh well, I guess that means I need to make another unnecessary purchase!

Clothes

So, lately it has been one of my obsessions to shop in the 21 mens section at F21. I kid you not I am starting to spend more time in this section than in the girls section. I honestly think for the price shopping in this section is a smart Idea. I love large graphic tees and they have a endless variety of tees in the mens section. I bought these two because I thought that they would be back a rather basic look less basic, if that makes any sense? I think I have confessed to this before, but I am the type of person that wear band tees, but never really listen to the band. Call me a poser, fake, or lame if you will, but you can't deny that my outfit isn't cute! The second thing that I bought was this dark green sweater. I don't know why I bought this. Because the weather is always changing here in Atlanta. So, maybe out of wishful thinking that it would ever be cold for more than 48 hours it would make sense to have a cute sweater to keep me warm. I really like the color of this sweater a lot. I don't have many sweater, and rarely this color so, I thought this would be a nice addition to my wardrobe. Maybe I could style it with layers in mind, during a cold morning, never as an actual sweater throughout the day.

Accessories

I have made it clear before, but I am really bad at getting accessories together. I can tell you now that I only own maybe 3 pairs of earring (including the ones you're looking at now) I just really suck at jewelry. This is an attempt and growing my earring collection. I have the trend of Pom Pom earrings everywhere from Pinterest to Instagram. I have really fallen in love with trend of cute statement pieces. I decided as a test drive for myself I bought these cheap ones from F21. I originally wanted these earrings from Shop.bando, but they are very expensive and are ALWAYS sold out! So, I assumed that these cheaper ones would my best bet! I haven't been able to style them, but I will soon! I think I will have more success with these statement earring during the warmer months.
