With Thanksgiving being right around the corner I thought that It would be a great to create a look that encapsulates all of my Thanksgiving vibes! I have been loving the trend of the silk dress recently, but I didn't want to pay the price of getting a silk dress because online and in stores they are wayyy overpriced. So, I do what I always do when I am in doubt, I asked my mom! And as always she comes through and gave me her old silk slip that she used to wear in the 90s. That's basically what silk dresses are slips for another dress. As a Inbetween girl its always a struggle to find things that fit, and fit correctly. Exposing my body is sometimes hard because the world is constantly showing me that girls my size aren't beautiful, but I created this website to celebrate all that I am and all the other body types that deserve recognition. So, wearing this slip alone with confience is a huge break through for me because I feel beautiful and invincible. I kept this look super simple because the main attraction is the silk dress. My sister gave me the idea to wear mustard turtle neck with this look. At first, I was hesitant about the pairing because I didn't know how it would look as a whole, but I loved the pairing of the mustard and black colors. The addition of my Zara jacket was obvious to me because it adds an edge to my overall feminine look. I really put in thought with this look and I hop you like it! I don't want this blog post to be too long, because I want you guys to enjoy the beautiful pics!! Thank you so much for reading! Until next Time!!
