When deciding on what to wear I factor in 2 things: Comfortability and Image. I don't like wearing things that are too tight on my stomach and arms, not because they aren't small enough, but because I feel restricted physically when fabric is too tight around those two areas. The image of an outfit for me is always one way in my head but completely different on my body. When I come back to reality and realize that my body shape isn't changing anytime soon and that I am fine just the way I am, I quickly gravitate towards comfortable pieces in my closet and get to work! The basic layout to all my outfits consists of a basic or stripped tee, black or blue jeans, a jean or leather jacket, and comfortable sneakers (i.e. classic blue Vans, black H&M slides and my most recent purchase my rubber black Birkenstocks). The outfit below embodies the complete collaboration of comfortability and Image. I feel my very best when I have accomplished a look that doesn't take my effort, but makes the boldest statement. Thank you so much for reading!!!
